Our Story

Our story dates to 2017, after many years of working as consultants in Canada where we mainly conducted leadership training and organisational assessments. Notably, most businesses struggled with complex issues that had their root causes to poor and ineffective leadership. We later started providing tailor-made services in leadership and organisational development training. In 2020 we added recruitment and career development to our services. We pride in our compassionate, well-trained, and highly experienced global team.
